I am interested anything you might recommend to help me determine why my 7 year old has recently begun to simply miss the ball.

He played back to back seasons. previously he was connecting with the ball consistently and strongly. However, since he has started the newest LL season, he has struggled to get the bat on the ball.

I would say his mechanics has actually improved, and are fairly good for his age. We have reviewed the frame by frame rotations you present his seems to match closely (again from an age perspective of just starting out).

My first thought was that he is just pulling his head out and taking his eye off the ball. After reading your Truisms & Fallasies page, I am not so sure anymore.

Any thoughts?
