throwing Does Jack or anyone know about any throwing sites like this batting site?
All the sites I've been to say "use 3/4 overhand delivery"...things I've know since I was 7 years old. Meanwhile Jack has done a complete study of the swing..I was wondering if anyone knows and throwing research? Followups:
