ground balls

MY son, currently playing college ball, is a converted righty who used to hit with power, but in college switched to the left side to boost batting average by better utilizing his speed. However, all he hits now are weak grond balls with the occasinal line drive. He will not turn back righty so what can he do to start getting the ball in the air?
