Hi All:

If you asked Mike Epstein (I believe that Mike Candrea teaches most of Epstein's absolutes) or Jack Mankin, they would both say a good baseball swing is no different than a good softball swing. Other than adjusting the swing plane for high / low pitches, there should be no alterations in the mechanics.
