Re: Straightening out foul balls

Just getting that front foot down before he starts his swing will allow his hands to be fluid and a nice quick bat will be the result. The easier the trigger the quicker the hands.Make sure hes easy from the beginning.Staying within himself will allow his body to stay balanced and squared throughout the swing and just let the pitcher do the work at that point and the result will be a line drive.Once you try to do too much the result will be overswinging and less visual acuity. You have to see the flight of the ball only and your concentration should be on nothing else, and you will see that fraction of a secong in which he is fouling of pitches will be made up and become a hard hit where the ball is pitched.
