Hands Back?

Posted by: Illinois (itslikebutta32@aim.com) on Sat May 24 14:45:37 2008

My question is that to produce the best batspeed and contact with the ball, is it more suitable to have your hands back as the pitcher is set or to pull your hands back with the timing of the ball coming to the plate? Does either method produce more/less batspeed or power?
Thanks in advance to anyone that replies.
