Hitting with your shoulders

Posted by: Lamar (w4ill2@sbcglobal.net) on Fri Mar 11 09:45:59 2005

I find that hitting with your shoulders will make the ball carry farther. What I mean by hitting your shoulder is that when you swing you move your shoulders in sequence with your swing. The problem is, I don't know why. I looked at your site, but I couldn't find it. I've been studying MLB batters and it looks like they swing with their shoulders. I've been playing a whole lot better since this discovery. I'm hitting with a lot more power now. May you explain what I've discovered?

Thanks in advance,

Lamar
