pulling of the head Posted by: JOSH (thewolffpack@comcast.net) on Thu Mar 3 07:44:10 2005 I have been teaching Jack's mechanics to my girls fastpitch team, and they smash the ball. But one problem we have been having is the head freezes as the swing initiates, or its completely pulled out. When they do stay in all the way to the ball it is hit with authority. Please advise.
