You might want to start letting him swing the heavy bat. Reason he is almost at High School. They can only swing -3 bats. My son is 10 and swings 30/21 big Barrell bat. I think if he plans on playing in HS he needs to start getting to the heavy bats soon.


Any recommendations on the correct bat length for a 12 year old, 5'4", 100 lbs. with very, very long arms (great for basketball!).
