The instructional video/DVD explains and demonstrates the principles of rotational transfer mechanics I discuss on this Site. The information is there, but how much you gain from it will depend largely how much time and effect you are willing to spend learning and practicing the batting principles shown.

Also keep in mind that your HS coach may not teach rotational mechanics, not many do. It can be very difficult for you to keep a positive attitude on learning rotational principles while your coach is teaching something different. – Best of luck whichever you choose.
