How should I go about hitting the high fastball, or any high ball in general. Every time I see a high ball, I end up hitting the ball using a more linear swing, so I can't drive the ball as well because the high ball gets me off balance. I cant get around as well using by starting my swing with a short stride and opening of hips. Thanks. I tried to post this before

Well im not saying im a pro but i have some sucess with higher pitches now...ive learned to start my hands a little higher than the strikes zone so i can control all of the zone so incase of a high picth i dont have to ajust just attack it from where my hands are already
