Hi George

It is a great training tool. It gives students a good understanding of why they must take the hands in a circular path to transfer body rotation into bat speed. Most of my new students find they are producing less than 15 mph bat speed with their extension type hand-path. However, they soon get a feel for the mechanics that produce a more productive circular hand-path.

We are hoping to have this training tool available this year if we can have them manufactured at a reasonable price. In the meantime, you might try attaching a steering wheel knob to a lightweight bat (the lighter the bat, the easier to handle).
