Jack - I see the acceleration of the bat toward the catcher in the Boone and Bonds clips and would be interested to read your comments on the mechanics that generate such movement.

jack, you and others have said "I see the acceleration of the bat toward the catcher "....i agree that there is "movement" toward the catcher, but at this stage of the swing do you really consider this movement to be "acceleration "?..."acceleration" implies "picking up speed" and at this stage of the swing how much "speed" can there really be?
