Re: some people!

Jack, some people just have too much time on their hands and will argue with a fence post. When my DD adopted the rotational swing 5 years ago she immediately started hitting the long ball! We still look for the little things that that help the swing or some little part that has gotten out of sync. She has had to respectfully not listen to "knob to the ball - needs compact swing" verbage from coaches, summer and college ball for all those years now the college coaches are getting aroung to it. Several college teams and olympic team included, are into rotational. Several college teams are hitting around 100 home runs a season and they do not do it with a lenier swing!!! They want the ball hit hard and rotational is what they teach now. So what is the problem?

rollingstone, if you read the posts you will see what the "problem" is....you will also see that many of us agree with 95 percent of what jack teaches, but there is disagreement of the other 5 percent, and that 5 percent being spread out among various posters, depending on the specific issue....now some people take everything they hear in life at face value and i won't be critical of them...however, i feel i should not be criticized if i happen to have some questions about specific issues...going back 5 years ago at setpro and dave hudgen's site i incurred the wrath of virg and others because i defended jack's concepts of the chp,the harm the fence drill causes and other issues.....and whereas Joe A, teacherman and others have been less than 100 percent respectful of jack when they criticized jack, i have always been quite respectful in asking some valid questions....
