tom, concerning the knob-to-the-catcher thing...do you believe (1) it is a natural or unnatural instinct for the hitter to do the knob-to-the-catcher thing considering that the ball is coming from the opposite direction & yet the hitter is asked to consciously, initially direct the knob toward the catcher and (2) if you believe, as i do that it is an UNNATURAL instinct, what cues, etc do you suggest so that a hitter can accomplish, without consciously thinking about it, the knob-to-the-catcher thing?.....thanks....
