1) What is the "average" bat speed of John Elliot in the Final Arc DVD when hitting HRs?

2) What is the "average" bat speed of MLB players period(not HR power hitters but just normal average bat speed in the Major Leagues)?

3) Do MLB scouts look for an average bat speeds and if so what are they? Listed by age I'm assuming?
