White Sox lack of Hitting

Jack/All. Can anyone provide incite as to the White Sox lack of hitting? At moment, the only guy who is really capable of hitting with consistency, is A.J. Perzynski who is perhaps the only pure hitter on the team. Most of their hitters appear rotation, the least being Cabrera who is horrible this year.
