Ok.... I think it starts at toe to HEEL TOUCH. The touch to the heel being the pop that I'm describing earlier. When you swing a rock using a rope, the rock is what you feel most (the bat). But I think if you focus on the toe to heel pop you can feel (slightly) bottom hand torque being applied. The timing of the heel pop and BHT = ball contact at maximum velocity. So, if one can feel this this torque/timing/BHT/toe to heel punch while being pitched to (soft toss) then I think, after a lot of reps, one can develop muscle memory and hopefully when it's show time, hit the ball harder.

Is this correct? I ask this because I've heard that BHT is something that can't be felt.
