Too much shoulder rotation

Posted by: Anonymous () on Tue Nov 9 18:52:53 2004

When I swing i often find that my back shoulder often dips in an attempt to keep that right elbow in the "L" position at contact. This usually causes me to rotate the shoulders too much and fly open, and even the slightest miscalculation in timing throws off the whole swing. This is also seems to be tied to my recent inability to hit the inside pitch. Any suggestions?
