Thanks!!!The mechanics you are talking about he does a great job.The loading up right now is what we are having the problems with.His coach is teaching him to load as soon as sees the ball come out of the pitchers hand.Its a long wait in the load position and seems to throw his timing off.Thats why I asked if it was a good thing to start out in the load position from the get go.He also tends to lean way back when he loads up early.Any help for me out there??
