Hello,

> With less than 11 weeks until the start of my college season, I was just wondering if anyone had any suggestions for how I should use those 11 weeks up - ex. like for how long to drill mechanics, batting practice, etc. If anyone can help me out and give me some good ideas, I'm sure I along with other readers will be thrilled to find out to improve themselves for the upcoming season. Please, be specific as possible, if possible. I thank you for all your help!

I'm assuming you college has you on a weight training program which is a big part so follow that closely. Whenever you have time, try to head over to the cage maybe with your roommate or something and throw BP to each other. You can start with tee work and drills for a while then move on to front toss and then live bp. This will keep you in shape for when the season starts. Try to do this everyday, you can also take a video camera along if either of you have one and video tape you live swings and review them together or compare them to swings of pros online which is always very helpful. If you do that you should be fine for the season. O and try to hit with wood all the time in BP.
