Nick,

Start with the Sosa clip, Sosa06, I believe, before you advance to other swings. Sosa and Bonds are two of the best at applying THT.

Now if can't see the Sosa is pulling back with the top hand I don't know what to tell you. You can clearly see the actions and reactions in this swing.

Let's not focus on the hitch and unhitch action itself. There is clearly some downward forces involved in this action. Bonds is much smoother with his hitch and unhitch.

No matter how you look at it his top hand clearly loops around the bottom hand at/as initiation begins. I will for go explaining every detail as a feel Jack has done and excellent job of explaining his findings.

If you fail to see the principles of Jack's finding in this swing, your a lost cause, you will never see it or understand what Jack has so thoroughly explained.

If you have questions after viewing this clip, I'll try to answer them, if you are truly interesting in understanding the swing as Jack does. If your just here to tell us what you think is happening, then I'm really not interested.
