I purchased the video but I am still having a difficult time applying the mechanics of the rotational swing. After 19 years of linear style I am trying to cement into my swing now as a junior in college...last year I batter pretty well but I know that if I could apply the rotational mechanics I would be better off...however, I had a tough time this fall as I struck out a lot more and didn't hit the pitches I usually hit hard...I am having a difficult time with THT and BHT, I mean, am I supposed to physically apply THT and BHT or does THT come from keeping the hands back as the rotation begins and BHT applied just naturally with the swing...Should I try to apply them or let them come naturally...I am struggling and would appreciate any tips or drills...I mean I've read everything on this website and have the video, but I still need help (especially since I am the only one, including coaches, who is trying to apply these mechanics)...I appreciate any help from anyone, but especially Jack...
