My son has wooden bat he swings in the off season. His off season is from end of Nov to Feb. I took 32" wooden bat and put about one roll of tape at the end of the bat and on the handle. Leaving just the sweet spot clean. This added weight and keeps him hitting the soft toss on the sweet spot.

Hi, What do you guys do regarding training during the off-season? I have an 11 year old, have the video & will begin implementing the program. Do you guys work out with the heavy bag? During winter/snow months, what can you do with an 11 or 12 year old to get him ready for the spring? Thanks.
