Question for Jack Mankin--Degree of Hip Rotation on the Low Inside Pitch

Posted by: BHL (knight1285@aol.com) on Mon May 5 01:20:22 2014

Hi Jack:

On a low inside fastball, do you think a hitter should rotate his hips 1) 90 degrees (or
more) or 2) around 70 degrees. A response will be deeply appreciated. Thanks in
advance.

Best Wishes,
