Hi Mark

Thank you for interest in our video analysis. Yes, an 8mm digital tape works great. I do not write out the analysis. I break down your swing into frame-by-frame analysis on a VHS tape. I discuss (voice override) your lower-body and transfer mechanics for each part of your swing as I toggle back and forth through the frames. I also show a hitter (frame-by-frame) who exemplifies the mechanics you need to work on. The Swing Review Analysis tape includes tips on problem solving and advanced drills to help improve your swing.
