As you can tell I'm having trouble getting into a good launch position. This problem this time doesn't have to do with the arms and hands. It's my hips. When I do my inward turn/coil my hips turn in with my shoulders. So I can't get full rotation and turn on an inside pitch. All my hits this season have been up the middle or the opposite field, and I mean all, all 22 of them. I get jammed inside too. When I do try to clear , hips my whole swing goes all over the place, balance is gone, swing plane too.

There is no logic to this move. It's just a bad habit of mine that I'm trying to break.
