Slow Swing Posted by: Juan (Juan_phl@yahoo.com) on Thu Aug 26 11:43:12 2004 Hi, I'm constantly reminded by teammates that I have a slow swing and do not with authority. What technique(s) are out there that will help me speed up my bat and hit the ball harder? Anyone's help is appreciated. Thanks!
