Hi Mike:

Jack definitely wants/needs the frontal view. He said you could even use tennis balls for live BP, but if you have no one to pitch to you, the cage is fine. However, he said to slow it down to 50 to 55 MPH because he doesn't want you rushing the swing. It is best to have at least 5 swings for each view and good lighting.
