Quick Question

Posted by: TR () on Fri Aug 6 12:43:50 2004

Great site, but quick questions...we use the big muscles in the legs and hips and shoulders to swing the bat...A) do we rotate one before the other (Rotate hips before shoulders) or do we rotate them all at the same time...B)how do we get our legs (not hips) into the swing or are they linked...C) when rotating our hips do we try to pull the front hip around to the catcher and push the back hip to the pitcher or do we do something else (same question for the shoulders)?
