It's something you'll need to work on in the off season. I agree that it's probably late to get results for this season but do give it a shot.

I bought one for my daughter (who has a strong swing, but not strong enough to pepper the outfield) because she needs to learn to get more power to her bat. I think you can attach it to a backstop, but the literature that says you can attach it to a 3.1/2" pole is incorrect.
(I know. I have tried and am looking for a way to attach it to our 3.1/2" basketball post.)
