Hi everyone. Ok i play fastpitch asa softball 14 and under. My hitting is horrible right now. I have lessons and practice hitting on my own but i still have touble. During practice i hit great and have a perfect swing. but during games my right knee drops and i never get good hard hits. I'd luv some advice, thanks.
