Cramer (J_Cramer@msn.com) on Mon Aug 2 10:57:05 2004 I don't have a punching bag nor can afford one (seriously), so if anyone has any ideas for what else I can use inside my garage that'd be great. I can't mount a spare tire on a tree, I don't have any trees that are on a flat piece of land.
Our experience with the heavy bag is that you do not want it to swing. I would recommend hanging it with solid support from behind. Followups:
