I play slow pitch softball and have been struggling to apply your system this season. I have always been a good hitter using a linear style, but since we have adopted softer balls this year, my power numbers have been down. The transition to a linear swing has not been easy, but all of a sudden it has clicked for me. My swing is quick and compact and the ball is exploding off the bat. It seems so effortless that I can't remember why I couldn't hit a few weeks ago. Thanks. Your DVD is great. -- Al
