Uppercut swing

I have a player on my team who is a very stong and atletic guy, one who is capable of being a good hitter, but his swing is one of the most fundamentally flawed swings I have ever seen. What can I do with him, or tell him to do, to help correct his massive uppercut. We have made some progress, now he doesnt step in the bucket, but the uppercurt is still there. Any help would be appretiated.
