Why doesn't this guy hit more. He has a swing like Ted Williams (follow through). Then again everyone cannot play for a losing organization.

I agree with you assessments, but only to a certain extent. In my opinion, talent seems secondary to technique. Carl Yazstremski had limited talented, but hit 400+ home runs. Both are important, but technique is far more important than talent.
