Im a freshman playing on the vasity team and i wanna get better at my batting any ways to help would be great

Hey i just graduated this last year and i played a lot of varsity baseball. All i can say is... watch the pros... a perfect example of a graceful swing is vladimir guerrero. He's got it figured out. I watched his swing and came up with my own version. I worked with it a lot and i ended up batting over .450 as a junior and just over .400 as a senior only because i tried hitting too many home runs and lost focus on just making contact with the ball. I wasn't the biggest guy either and i could still hit the ball out of the park. I hit one about 400 feet to left center in one of my last games. But remember... you have to hit the ball before the ball leaves the park Good luck! Get a little stronger and stretch a lot after working out. Also learn how to hit a curve ball. When you're a successful hitter, pitchers will start junking you and you won't see as many fastballs unless the pitcher is stupid.
