Hi all:

Since our last post, we have learned that the discussion board became corrupt and removed posts in 2003 and 2004. Our webmaster was able to restore posts through May 2004, but posts in June and July 2004 were permanently corrupt and could not be restored. We regret that this has occurred, and we have requested that a new/secondary backup program be implemented, which will hopefully prevent this from happening again.

We apologize for the lost posts, but the discussion board is now open, and we would request that you repost any questions that you asked that were not answered or any ongoing discussions and topics that you would like to continue. If you have any other questions, please email us.
