Re: Re: Using a Wide Stance....

I started off my junior season using a regular stance with a stride....I realized that this wasnt the style of hitting for me...so i decided to use a wide stance with no stride....my offensive numbers sky rocketed....power and average.....my question is...is it normal for someone to have more power with a wide stance.....than a stance using a stride.... i hit one homerun using a stride and eight using no stride....
> Does it matter? If you're playing better with that stance, then keep using it.
> My only concern was...am i getting the most out of my swing by not sriding. because the ball i hit out striding went over 400ft. and the other ones may have went 340-350
