Hi PJ,

For the majority of your swings, the back arm should be in a bent "L-shaped" position (i.e., 90 degrees), with the front arm straight across the chest.

The power "V" comes after contact, when the bat-head points directly at the pitcher.

However, if this movement occurs prior to or during contact, the wrists will roll, and contact will be weak.
