i have recently started not keeping my weight back during my swing. what can i do tokeep my weight on my back foot and keep from launching at pitches.

Hi,

Adjust your trigger, inward turn. A slight cocking and uncocking will keep the weight back and swinging at that correct time.

Usually not staying back is a timing issue above all else.
