Just so I can get a better idea, could you give me the names of some players with good rotational mechanics and/or bat speed and some that have success without great bat speed (if there is such a player)?

Some guys with good rotational bat speed:Bonds, Griffey, Sosa, McGwire, Manny Ramirez, Posada, Tino Martinez, ARod, IRod.

Some without:Gwynn, Luis Castillo, Juan Pierre, Catalonatto, Johnny Damon
