Hey this isn't really related to batswings, although I recently found the site and am very intrigued by the theories presented here.
My question is: how well do pitchbacks work well for ground ball practice? I stopped playing for a year and need to get back into form to tryout for summer leagues, but I don't have people available to hit balls at me for an hour. Thanks!
