tom,
>>>Loading is interrupted relatively sooner for inside. There is less separation between upper and lower torso.<<<
>>>Loading is interrupted slightly later for outside. There is more separation between upper and lower torso.<<<
Definition Time (this actually is getting to be fun, and at the very least beneficial for me):
By loading do you mean stretching (lengthening) the muscle in anticipation/preparation for use, which then would mean that unloading would be contracting (shortening) the muscle during use?
or
By loading do you mean placing a burden (load) on the muscle, forcing it to work (exert force/contract), which would then mean that unloading is relieving the muscle of it’s workload (relaxing/stretching/lengthening the muscle) ?
Of course you can place a load on a muscle that is stretching out, or you can contract a muscle under no load.
Or is there another definition?
Definitions, how could we communicate properly without ’em?
I’m 99.99 % sure what you mean, but indulge me the 00.01%.
