> To answer Jack's question, obviously a stronger wrist position will produce a stronger hit. To answer Ray's question,I think it depends on how in sync the wrist and torque is with the shoulder's rotation. But where that exact position is I do not know for sure. I think someone mighta mentioned in an earlier post that best bat speed occurs on contact perpendicular to the ball (Centerfield) but I could be wrong.
