Ore Lock

Posted by: TDS () on Fri Apr 9 07:46:22 2004

Jack I have been working with THT. It would seem to me looking at all the different styles John demonstrates in the video the most efficient style would be starting as close to the swing plane as possible. The problem I have with these styles at the launch position is a hitter needs to redirect the bathead on plane.

Don't you think the sooner a hitter gets the hands at the ore lock position at launch the stonger and the more batspeed one would be able to generate.
