i bought the tape power rotational swing by Ken Van boggert. I was wondering what you folks thought of his technique? I am skeptical about the early wrist roll he promotes. how does this technique differ from jack's theory?also do you believe in a slightly upward swing when hitting pitches thrown from a mound?
