you are RIGHT, timing is equal to mechanics.
and you are RIGHT again, there are no cues for timing.

but, your post is implying that there is nothing that can be done to improve timing, except, “…allowing all your senses to bring the bathead into contact with the ball.” or to “…have faith in the program.”

if that is what you mean, then you are NOT RIGHT. and there is (contrary to your quote, "Timing isn't diacussed because there are no cues for timing.") PLENTY to discuss.
