Can someone please tell me the name of the book that list the scouting directors for each Major League team and how I can get a copy of it. I have a student that is doing very well this year and I am trying to get him some exposure. He is batting approx .650 and has seven homeruns. He also is doing an exceptional job pitching. He has been consistently clocked at 88 to 89 mph with a very nasty change up and breaking pitch. I have a few contacts already but I would really like to get hold of that scouting book. Please help!
