Can someone tell me in plain English what this bow arch thing is? Is it the same as top hand torque? I don't recall seeing this in the tape.

My coach ( I play JC ball) says he never heard of it either. By the way the coach says the trend in the league the past couple of years is toward Jack's principles. Most of the coaches are getting away from linear and more to rotational, and at the practices you see a lot of top hand torque and circular hand path principles being stressed. Nothing about the bow thing though.
